Did you know Alexis was a member of Dancestreams for 4 years before moving on to her post-secondary training and the beginning of her professional career?
Alexis says, "It was pivotal in my trajectory as a young dancer, and having the chance to take masterclasses from visiting guest artists was a large part of that. I am looking forward to connecting with the next generations of young artists and hopefully offering them something that ignites their curiosity."
Masterclass Description:
A guided warm-up will introduce tools for improvisation, awakening the imagination. From there, Alexis will teach excerpts of her choreography, pulled from the repertoire of Belle Spirale Dance Projects.
The movement and guided imagery will be tailored to each class level.
